Tarleton was founded by Thomas Averre in 2022 after a career working across the healthcare, technology and engineering sectors.
Thomas works with founders, boards and marketing teams across the life sciences and engineering sectors, helping them to raise their profile with investors, establish market credibility and build powerful reputations.
Thomas sat on the UK Government Department for Health and Social Care Industry Communications Advisory Board in 2021, is a mentor at Warwick Innovation District and was shortlisted as Insider Media’s Young Marketing and Media Professional of the Year. He is a Chartered Marketer, Vice Chair of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (Yorkshire) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
He also has significant international experience, having designed and delivered localised communications strategies in China, the UAE and Saudi Arabia and worked with clients on US market entry.
